Taran brings over 40 years of sales experience and more than 25 years of success in financial services, including nearly two decades in leadership roles. He is known for his commitment to integrity, mentorship, and empowering financial professionals to lead with purpose and make a lasting impact. 

After a successful early career as a global business owner—including ventures in international trade and multi-state distribution—Taran transitioned into financial services in 1998. He quickly distinguished himself as a top performer, earning Rookie of the Year honors in his first year and going on to qualify for prestigious recognitions such as the Chairman’s Council and Leader’s Conference. Over the years, he has earned several professional designations, including CLU®, CASL®, CLTC®, and LUTCF®, which reflect his deep technical knowledge and dedication to ongoing learning. 

Taran has held leadership positions since the early 2000s, overseeing recruitment, training, and the development of high-performing teams. He brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial grit and people-first leadership, helping new and experienced financial representatives grow their practices with confidence. His passion lies in teaching, coaching, and passing on the wisdom he’s gained throughout his dynamic career.

Outside of work, Taran enjoys studying history and learning about cultural philosophy and leadership across civilizations. In his leisure time, he enjoys playing tennis, rifle shooting, chess, and traveling. He credits his success to the lessons of hard work, perseverance, and integrity instilled in him from an early age. Above all, he values meaningful relationships and the opportunity to guide others on a path of purpose, growth, and success.
