Ronald was born and raised in Newark, NJ in 1977. He graduated from Newark School of Engineering as a Chemical Engineer in 1968. While in college, Ronald pledged Tau Epsilon Phi where he served as the Chancellor. He also played basketball, softball and football. He is a true rock and jam band enthusiast, frequenting concerts of the Grateful Dead and their cover bands.
Ronald’s strong work ethic was passed down to him from his father, who worked three jobs to help put Ronald through college. Ronald started his work history at Dupont as a Process Engineer, and then transitioned to Pall Corporation as a Director of Manufacturing.
Ronald joined the financial industry in 1991, as a result in downsizing in the manufacturing field. He started at Prudential as a Life Insurance Agent. In 1993, wanting to focus on a holistic approach to planning, Ronald transitioned to The Guardian & Wealth Advisory Group. His main focus is group insurance, and after that is placed he works individually with clients to solidify pensions and life insurance.
