Karlson earned his bachelor's degree in Political Science from Stony Brook University and serves on the Executive Committee of his local ProVisors chapter. A native New Yorker, he has also lived in San Francisco and Denver, experiences that have broadened his perspective and strengthened his ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Outside of work, Karlson enjoys fishing, hiking, exploring new restaurants, cars, and spending time outdoors.
