Jeanine brings decades of operational and financial expertise to her role as CFO of Wealth Advisory Group NY. Her journey began at Guardian’s Home Office, where she supported General Agencies through contract optimization in the Agency Finance department. From there, she transitioned into Agency Operations as a trainer and accounting specialist, traveling across the country to onboard new agency teams and share her in-depth knowledge of Guardian systems, licensing, underwriting, and accounting.

Jeanine played a key role in helping to redesign Guardian’s accounting platform and trained over 130 agencies on the new system using a manual she helped create. Eventually, she moved from the home office to a Guardian agency on Long Island, stepping into the very role she had trained others to do. It was there she met Adam Kaufman and became CFO of SoundWealth Financial. Following the merger of SoundWealth and Howard’s team, she took on her current leadership role at WAG NY.

Throughout her career, Jeanine has embraced change and growth. She believes in continual learning, drawing insight from those around her, and adapting as the industry evolves. As a leader, she empowers her team through trust, accountability, and a shared approach to problem-solving. She values diverse learning styles and encourages others to grow by making mistakes, learning from them, and contributing their unique perspectives.

Though she is not client-facing, Jeanine plays a critical role in ensuring the agency itself is financially sound. Her forward-thinking mindset and ability to anticipate challenges keep the business on solid ground.

Jeanine is deeply motivated by the desire to do her best for those around her. She believes true self-motivation must be internal and continually developed. A lifelong learner, she’s inspired by books like The Color of Water by James McBride and The Energy Bus by Jon Gordon, which once sparked a memorable team discussion that still sticks with her today.

When she’s not working, Jeanine can likely be found singing along to just about any song she hears — even campfire songs from 50 years ago. Her advice to her younger self (and her own children) is simple but powerful: take risks, don’t fear failure, stay open to opportunities, and have fun. It always works out in the end.
