Ama Schrader-Rank joins the team as a Brokerage Support Specialist, bringing over ten years of experience in the banking industry and a strong background in higher education. With a Master’s degree in English, Ama combines analytical precision with excellent communication skills to support day-to-day brokerage operations.

Based in our Latham office, Ama plays a key role in ensuring the efficient processing of insurance applications, managing case submissions, assisting with onboarding and licensing, and equipping brokers with the resources they need to serve their clients successfully.

Originally from Schenectady, NY, Ama is recognized for her meticulous attention to detail, organizational strength, and dedication to delivering outstanding service. She is excited to be part of a collaborative team and looks forward to making a meaningful impact.
