Alexa began her career at WAG as a Life and Disability Insurance Broker Support Specialist, where she developed expertise in underwriting processes, client service, and product support. Her role expanded to include supporting Ash Brokerage, previously Innovative Underwriters, equipping brokers with the tools and insights needed to deliver customized solutions for clients.
Her consistent performance, leadership capabilities, and strategic mindset led her to her current role as Director of New Business and Brokerage Operations. In this position, Alexa focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, mentoring her team, and ensuring a seamless experience for brokers and clients alike.
Her biggest motivation is her daughter, who inspires her to lead with purpose and integrity every day. Outside of work, Alexa enjoys cooking and is a proud foodie.
Her advice to her younger self: be confident in your path and never compromise who you are.
